Junior Process Engineer

Description

Job Summary: Collaborate in product development, optimize production processes, and ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of new products under the APQP methodology. 2. Optimization of production processes to increase productivity. 3. Ensuring product quality and compliance with customer specifications. * Collaborate in the development of new products based on the APQP methodology. * Develop process documentation: consumables, weights, times, and movements of raw and finished products based on the APQP methodology. * Analyze and ensure optimal times and movements for each production process development and special projects to increase productivity, reduce downtime, and minimize scrap. * Determine the layout for production processes and/or special projects. * Generate process flow diagrams, work instructions, and process sheets. * Ensure customer product specifications jointly with the product engineer and quality manager. * Ensure compliance with product quality criteria based on dimensional and critical process characteristics. * Maintain up-to-date technical information in Customer Work Instructions.
