We are looking for a **Junior Technical Support** professional with technical foundations and a strong willingness to learn, who wants to grow in the field of home automation and intelligent systems. **What will you do?** * Provide technical support to users on home automation systems * Diagnose and resolve technical issues (remotely and on-site) * Assist with configuration and maintenance of automated systems * Track tickets and document incidents * Train users on how to operate their systems **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Systems Engineering, IT, or related field * 1 year of experience in technical support or user assistance * Intermediate-to-advanced English * Basic knowledge of networking, cabling, and operating systems * Basic programming concepts * Interest in home automation and smart technologies **What we offer** * Opportunity to specialize in automation systems * Continuous training and learning * Exposure to innovative technologies * Professional development within the field **Work Conditions** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Work mode: 100% on-site Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $10,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
