Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Systems Support Engineer to investigate, diagnose, and resolve software and hardware technical issues while maintaining telecommunications infrastructure. Support in implementing new systems projects **JUNIOR SYSTEMS SUPPORT ENGINEER** **Education:** * Computer Systems Engineering degree. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years in a similar position. * Availability for rotating shifts. **Knowledge:** * Excel proficiency (advanced intermediate) * Basic knowledge of Lawson * Networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls) * Windows/Linux server administration * Virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V) * Databases (SQL) * Ticketing and monitoring tools **Responsibilities:** * Investigate and identify solutions to software and hardware problems. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Track issues related to various systems, computing equipment, and peripherals until resolution, within agreed timeframes. * Assist users through a series of actions—either in person, by telephone, email, or chat—until a technical issue is resolved. * Appropriately escalate unresolved issues to the relevant systems departments. * Document interventions for report handling in the Epicor system accurately. * Prioritize and manage multiple open incidents simultaneously. * Follow up with users to ensure their systems are fully functional after issue resolution. * Responsible for providing support and maintaining telecommunications infrastructure (first and second level). * Responsible for supporting the implementation and operation of new projects involving telecommunications and systems (first and second level). **Capabilities and Skills:** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills * Effective communication and internal customer orientation * Organization and project management * Teamwork and goal-oriented performance * Service-oriented or proactive attitude * Adherence to standards and procedures Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Language: * English (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
