A reputable company in the ceramic products manufacturing industry is looking for: **Human Resources Intern** *Main Responsibilities:* * Recruitment and selection: competency-based interviews * Administration of psychometric tests * Onboarding of new employees * Internal development projects * Support in internal communication *We Are Looking For:* * Students majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields. * Responsibility and commitment to their work. *Knowledge and Skills You Will Acquire:* Management and supervision of operational and administrative staff, conflict resolution in personnel administration, and development of soft skills for conducting interviews. *We Offer:* * 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 14:00 hrs * Professional internship certification * Economic support of $900 per week * Excellent working environment * Opportunity for development * Our office is located in the Guadalajara Industrial Zone, Jalisco.
