Position Summary: We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to design technological solutions, develop proposals, and support commercial and operational teams in electronic security. Key Highlights: 1. We now invite you to join our team as: **Pre-Sales Engineer** **Work Location:** Tacubaya **Requirements:** * Degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field **(Graduates with official professional license mandatory)** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role * Valid passport and visa **(desirable)** * Valid Class A driver's license * Proficiency in operating standard (STD) vehicles * Availability for fieldwork **Required Knowledge and Skills:** * Tender processes and technical proposal development * Reading and interpreting technical and operational requirements * Design of comprehensive technological solutions * Quotations and technical documentation * System integration of: **1\. Electronic physical security** **2\. Video surveillance (VMS)** **3\. Access control (SCA)** **4\. Fire detection** **5\. Radio communications** **6\. VMS and PSIM platforms** * Support for commercial and operational teams * Use of Scrum, Jira * Technical reporting and executive sales presentations * Participation in trade shows, events, and technical demonstrations * Networking, structured cabling, and technology architecture knowledge * Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit * Regulatory documentation and compliance with ISO standards * Continuous improvement and implementation of quality processes **Responsibilities:** * Technical analysis and proposal design * Creation of diagrams and supporting documentation * Execution of proof-of-concept tests and system validation * Support in tenders and client presentations * Ensuring technical and operational integration of solutions * Development of technical and commercial materials * Participation in exhibitions and specialized events **Compensation and Benefits:** * Monthly base salary * Monthly payment \- paid on the last day of the month * Food vouchers * Statutory benefits * 100% IMSS contributions * Savings fund and Major Medical Expense Insurance starting from the 3rd month **Ready for a new challenge?** **Join our team and help us build safer work environments!**
