




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to assist with food preparation, plating, and maintaining kitchen hygiene, following the chef's instructions and food safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to learn and develop professionally **Requirements:** * Age: 20 to 45 years. * Gender: Indifferent. * Education: Minimum completed junior high school. * Experience: 6 months in a kitchen or similar area (preferred but not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of hygiene, food handling, and utensils. * Willingness to learn and develop professionally. * Mixed\-evening work schedule. * Must reside in southern Guadalajara, specifically near the La Tijera area. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation (washing, cutting, pre-preparation). * Plating simple dishes or side dishes. * Cleaning and disinfecting utensils, equipment, surfaces, and work areas. * Dishwashing. * Restocking and inventory control of supplies in refrigerators and workstations. * Assisting with plating during service (especially during peak demand periods). * Following instructions from the chef or head cook. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (e.g., Distintivo H). * Additional tasks. **Skills:** * Agility and sense of urgency * Cleanliness and organization * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Initiative and positive attitude **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ tips. * Statutory benefits upon completing one year: year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, and rest days. * Social security.
