Your Impact: In this role, you will learn and gain experience in our daily operations, supporting the logistics team in scheduling, coordinating, and tracking transport units, as well as optimizing routes and managing documentation. Your contributions will help us improve operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and make a positive difference at AGRIZAR. What You Will Do: Schedule and coordinate transport units on a weekly and daily basis Ensure drivers’ documentation is valid and compliant with regulations Optimize routes and minimize idle time to improve operational efficiency Analyze key performance indicators (time, cost, performance, and incidents) Guarantee compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations Manage and resolve operational incidents and last-minute changes Execute and follow up on assigned administrative tasks Maintain updated control and inventory of field machinery, properly identified Coordinate effective communication with operators and involved departments to ensure correct execution of operations What We Are Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering. Experience: 1 year in logistics, transportation, tractor operation, and mechanics.
