Land Transportation Engineering Profile: Civil Engineer specialized in land transportation (degree and professional license). Minimum 5 years of experience in design and engineering of road infrastructure projects. Team and resource management. Responsibilities: Coordinate project phases: preliminary studies, design, and construction. Supervise technical teams and contractors. Prepare and control budgets, schedules, and technical reports. Ensure compliance with technical standards (SCT, NOMs) and design quality standards. Knowledge of geometric design, pavements, surveying, drainage, and highway elements.
