Collaboration within a responsible, results-oriented team. **Payroll Analyst** A construction-sector company is seeking talent to join its accounting department, with a focus on tax calculation and compliance with tax obligations. **Job Objective:** Ensure **accurate and timely tax calculation**, as well as control and safeguarding of accounting and payroll information. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Public Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field** * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in: * Payroll processing, tax calculation, incident management, and **advanced Excel proficiency** * Knowledge of platforms: **IDSE, SUA, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, Virtual Desktop** **Main Responsibilities** * Calculation of State taxes. * Calculation of IMSS variables, bi-monthly. * Updating construction projects in SIROC. * Calculation of IMSS Employer/Employee contributions. * Calculation of INFONAVIT contributions. * Accounting provision for calculated taxes. * Recording of tax payments made. * Calculation and submission of severance payment requests. * Accounting review of negative balances. ### **Key Skills** * Numerical analysis * Organization and control * Attention to detail * Working under pressure * Proactivity and responsibility **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday (full-time schedule including lunch break) * Saturdays (half-day) **Personal Competencies** We seek a **responsible, organized, ethical, discreet individual with excellent service attitude**, capable of teamwork and results-oriented.
