Position Summary:
This position seeks an Architect to manage urban permits and regulations in housing development, coordinating with authorities and preparing technical and administrative documentation.
Key Highlights:
1. Manages licenses and permits for mass housing construction projects.
2. Coordinates with agencies such as Urban Development and Civil Protection.
3. Prepares and updates architectural and urban planning drawings.
**Position Objective:**
Ensure compliance with procedures, permits, and urban regulations for housing subdivision development by integrating technical and administrative documentation and maintaining effective communication with authorities and agencies.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Manage and track licenses, feasibility studies, certificates, and other required permits for **mass housing construction projects.**
* Process land-use, construction, urbanization, feasibility, and certification permits, among others.
* Coordinate and follow up with agencies including Urban Development, Public Works, Civil Protection, and Cadastre.
* Prepare and update architectural and urban planning drawings in accordance with technical and regulatory requirements.
* Compile complete technical and administrative files for submission to authorities.
* Support document control, report preparation, tracking of official correspondence, and accounts payable.
* Accompany inspections, technical meetings, and working group sessions.
**Requirements:**
* **Education:** Licensed Architect or Architecture student completing internship (preferably holding a professional license).
* **Knowledge of urban development, housing development, urban regulations, and planning.**
* Familiarity with AutoCAD is desirable.
* Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
* Excellent writing, organizational, and professional interpersonal skills.
* **Ability to interpret and read architectural drawings.**

**Work Schedule:**
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Salary: $17,000\.00 \- $19,000\.00 per month
