Analysis and execution of tender processes in the health sector **TENDER ASSISTANT** **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are a company dedicated to distributing medical supplies and equipment to the public sector. **REQUIREMENTS:** **·** Education: Bachelor’s degree, graduated or currently completing studies in administrative or related fields. **· Gender:** Unrestricted. **·\*** Experience:\* 2 years in tendering, preferably in the medical, hospital, and pharmaceutical sectors. **· Knowledge of:** Public Sector Procurement, Leasing, and Services Law; Public Sector Procurement, Leasing, and Services Regulation; Free Trade Agreements; and other applicable federal and state regulations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** .Review business opportunities via Negobit, Compranet, and Ventanas .Analyze daily news notifications published in the Official Journal of the Federation .Execute opportunity searches based on the Annual Procurement, Leasing, and Services Program (PAAAS) .Register with the National Supplier Registry .Request documents and quotations from manufacturers, registration holders, and primary distributors .Analyze, develop, execute, and upload tender processes related to health—tenders, awards, and invitations. .Analyze opening minutes and competition records ·Report and analyze sales results (Award Report) ·Report and analyze competition (Opening Report) for sales ·Prepare, develop, and submit documents related to government procurement matters. ·Achieve a minimum of 80% effectiveness in the Weekly Indicator ·Request and meet Sales KPIs ·Safeguard procurement-related files ·Submit, read, and analyze reconciliations, objections, and brand inclusions related to procurement matters. ·Execute Sales Department Operational Standardization Processes ·Monitor the MFIJ platform and sign authorized contractual instruments (Daily Activity) ·Analyze and implement applicable legal frameworks and supplementary provisions governing government procurement Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
