Position: Phlebotomist Required Profile: Nurse Clinical Laboratory Technician Paramedic Completed or incomplete degree program Essential experience in sample collection Work Location: Camino viejo a Tesistán \# 1795\-A, Camino Viejo a Tesistan 1795\-A, Jardines del Valle, 45138 Zapopan, Jal. Work Schedule (aligned with employment contract): Monday to Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Day shift Work under employer's direction and supervision Clinical and patient care duties: Patient care and guidance. Blood collection (venipuncture). Capillary sampling (glucose testing and rapid tests). Sample collection for Pap smears. Urine sample reception and handling. Sample labeling, preservation, and tracking. Completion of clinical forms, logs, and records. Cleaning, preparation, and disinfection of the work area. Compliance with biosafety standards and RPBI handling protocols. Mandatory use of lab coat or surgical attire, professional personal appearance, and conduct appropriate to a clinical laboratory. Requirements: Technical or professional degree in a health-related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in sample collection. Proficiency with Vacutainer system. Human-centered approach, responsibility, and professional ethics. Punctuality, organization, and teamwork. We Offer (market-aligned and per employment contract): Indefinite-term individual employment contract. Monthly base salary: $6,000 MXN gross, commensurate with experience. Payment in national currency as stipulated by the Federal Labor Law. Training and job stability.
