




Position Summary: Assists hotel guests and residents with various services, including luggage handling, item delivery, and event support, while maintaining operational order. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and reporting of operational incidents Main Responsibilities: Hotel Guest Service Assistance with luggage during check-in and check-out. Accompaniment to suites and basic explanation of amenities. Orientation regarding internal services. Special assistance for elderly guests or those with limited mobility. Resident Service Delivery of water jugs to rooms. Delivery of items sold at reception (laundry, beauty services, reservations, etc.). Scheduled delivery of internal packages. Support for minor transportation requests or light moving tasks. On-site follow-up of requested services where applicable. Light Operational Support: Coordination with Operations for deliveries or restocking. Logistical support for internal events. Internal transfer of urgent documents or materials.
