Job Summary: Responsible for operating cloud services (IaaS, DRaaS, BaaS, S3) and resolving L2 incidents to ensure operational continuity and SLA compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and monitoring of cloud services: IaaS, DRaaS, BaaS, and S3. 2. L2 incident resolution and revenue protection. 3. Accountability mindset for technical problem resolution. Responsible for operating the cloud services consumed by Ebunti customers: IaaS, DRaaS, BaaS, and S3\. This role serves as L2 technical support for customer experience with cloud services, ensuring operational continuity, SLA compliance, and revenue protection. We seek a candidate with an accountability mindset who takes ownership of issues, resolves them, and drives them to full technical closure. **Responsibilities** * Tenant and organization provisioning and configuration in vCloud Director. * Provisioning of virtual machines, networks, and storage. * Operation and monitoring of VMware Cloud Director Availability (VCDA). * Execution of Disaster Recovery (DR) testing and documentation of results. * Handling and resolution of L2 incidents related to IaaS and DRaaS. * Ticket logging and tracking in ServiceNow. * Tenant management in Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC). * Configuration and monitoring of backup jobs (VMs and Windows/Linux agents). * Execution of restores: full VMs, disks, files, and agents. * Continuous verification of RPO/RTO compliance. * L2 technical support for backup and recovery incidents. **Requirements** * Operational experience in **VMware-based cloud environments**. * Practical knowledge of **Veeam Backup & Replication / VSPC**. * Experience in **L2 support** and technical incident resolution. * Solid understanding of **virtualization, networking, and storage**. * Ability to document technical procedures and test results. * Availability to participate in **on-call technical shifts**. * *Work outside standard office hours and on weekends.* * *Willingness to travel* Salary: $60,000\.00 \- $65,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Educational assistance * Employee referral program * Major medical expense insurance * Remote work * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Expected Monthly Salary * Do you have experience configuring and operating tenants in VMware vCloud Director in a production environment? * Have you managed backups and restores using Veeam (VBR / VSPC) across multiple clients or environments? * Have you conducted Disaster Recovery (DR) testing and validated RPO/RTO for cloud services? * Do you have experience resolving L2 technical incidents in infrastructure or cloud services?
