Job Summary: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with institutional guidelines, managing final settlements and incident resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage payroll processing for current employees and final settlements for former employees. 2. Maintain constant communication with clinics regarding payroll-related matters. 3. Review system incidents prior to payroll cutoff. Job Objective: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with institutional guidelines. Responsibilities: Guarantee timely submission of final settlements for former employees to the Human Resources Administration Department according to established deadlines. Process payroll for assigned employees, ensuring timely payment. Maintain constant communication with clinic assistants and staff under your responsibility regarding payroll matters.
