Opportunities for professional development and growth **Role Purpose** Design and develop production processes that ensure **capacity, stability, quality, productivity, and safety**, both for current processes and new programs. The role actively participates in feasibility analysis, process standardization, and continuous improvement, with strong shop-floor presence and operational focus. **Key Responsibilities** * + Analyze project quotation information to establish technical and operational objectives. + Design production processes aligned with feasibility and production requirements. + Develop processes meeting quality, capacity, and productivity objectives through standard operating methods and machine setup adjustments. + Standardize processes across similar operations on different machines to reduce tooling and fixture inventories, simplifying setup and operation. + Ensure development of increasingly cost-efficient processes compared to existing lines or processes. + Identify, modify, and improve designs or processes to eliminate risks to personnel, machinery, facilities, and the environment. + Coordinate and track actions to extend tool life. + Monitor key performance indicators, especially **tool life**. + Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Presenting, Engineering, and Quality departments. + Ensure compliance with **Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)** policies. **Requirements** * Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering degree * Minimum **2 years of experience** in manufacturing processes. * Experience in design and development of production processes. * Experience in forging processes (desirable) English B2 * **Technical Skills** * + Knowledge of manufacturing processes + FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) + Statistical Process Control (SPC) + Geometric and dimensional tolerances + Mechanical drawing and proficiency in CAD software + Environmental and quality standards + Basic project management and administration + Training and knowledge transfer techniques**Soft Skills** + Builds High Performing Teams + Accountability + Results Driven + Operational profile with enthusiasm for shop-floor work + Ability to work under pressure + Teamwork What We Offer? * Stable work environment * Opportunities for professional development and growth * Active participation in continuous improvement and operational excellence projects
