We are a great team—and would be delighted to have you join us! **Your responsibilities** **Objective:** Provide technical support and training to production setters and operators regarding production equipment knowledge, ensuring compliance with S2QDC targets, adherence to SST requirements, and application of TKPS. **Key activities:** * Deliver training on operation of production equipment and resolution of process adjustments. * Promote generation and implementation of process improvements. * Provide technical support during operations for new project development. * Propose improvements to facilitate, optimize, and secure operations by applying TKPS tools. * Submit technical reports to the shift supervisor / coach at the end of each production shift. * Train and monitor operator and setter performance, reporting results. * Participate as part of the team in testing new products, tools, materials, and devices. * Support the production area to cover operator or technician absences on machines. **Your profile** **Profile** Education: Technical degree Experience: 5 years as a setter or equivalent.
