REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and mobile device maintenance and support. * Experience with the Windows operating system. * Face ID biometric authentication system. * Experience or knowledge of SITE (Server Room). * Experience in maintenance of RICOH multifunctional copiers. * Experience in Face ID or fingerprint biometric authentication systems. * MANDATORY: Operational experience with macOS. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Control and maintain the organization’s fixed assets. * Manage software and hardware for information technology, printing, and access control equipment. * Optimize infrastructure. * Administer software licenses used by the organization. * Control and assign corporate email accounts. * Manage and maintain the company website. * Provide technical support and staff training on equipment operation. * Develop maintenance and innovation proposals for technological improvement. * Evaluate ICT suppliers.
