Position Summary: Asset Security Coordinator responsible for safeguarding assets, ensuring compliance with security regulations, and coordinating teams. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance with CTPAT and OEA Mexico regulations. 2. Develop and implement contingency plans and coordinate drills. 3. Develop skills in conflict resolution and teamwork. **Tympsa Logistics is seeking an Asset Security Coordinator:** Requirements: * Technical degree in Security / Completed High School / Bachelor's Degree * Minimum age: 30 years old. * 2\-3 years of experience in asset security. **Experience in the transportation industry and interaction with operators; must reside near the work area.** **Responsibilities:** * Ensure that vehicle entry and exit are conducted using formats aligned with CTPAT standards. * Document procedures based on C\-TPAT and OEA Mexico security specifications. * Perform duties strictly in accordance with departmental procedures. * Guarantee accurate completion of logs and records. * Document all asset protection-related activities via records and/or logs. * Report incidents occurring within the work area promptly and accurately. * Monitor and follow up on security guards' instructions. * Develop and implement contingency plans at facilities. * Coordinate drills, emergency response teams, training sessions, etc., with the Integrated Security team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced level) **Skills:** * Proactive. * Teamwork. * Negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making. * Ability to work under pressure. * Flexibility to adapt to change. **We Offer:** * Base salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits (100% IMSS coverage, year-end bonus, vacation pay, INFONAVIT, FONACOT) * Fixed shift: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday / Half-day Saturdays **Interested candidates may apply through this channel.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
