**Responsibilities**
Sales and Customer Service
* Ensure accurate dermatological product consultation by conducting a general assessment of customer requirements to provide appropriate recommendations aligned with their purchasing expectations; also provide available in-store product samples.
* Generate additional sales beyond the customer's initial search within dermatology and/or cosmetics categories by anticipating customer needs.
* Understand personal sales targets to actively promote products and achieve monthly performance metrics.
Inventory Administration
* Review and update inventory records for the dermocosmetic section according to established standards and procedures.
* Identify out-of-stock items and record any discrepancies in the system to ensure timely restocking.
Commercial and Operational Management
* Maintain order and cleanliness of dermocosmetic category products.
* Face and arrange products according to specified guidelines and display instructions.
* Verify product expiration dates per current service protocols and policies to ensure proper availability and stock integrity.
* Attend training sessions for product updates or introductions of new products from each brand offered in the dermatology and cosmetics line.
Administrative Management
* Report any product shortages following established service guidelines and protocols.
**Experience**:
Point-of-sale service: 6 months
Customer service: 6 months
Dermocosmetic consultation: 6 months
Education:
Completed High School
Salary: $10,414.00 per month
