We pride ourselves in offering the highest level of quality, customer service, and tool design capability. **Job Description:** *· Access Control:* · Verify the entry and exit of all personnel, visitors, and contractors via credentialing or logbook. · Accurately register all personnel assigned to MCUSA in the entry and exit log. · Supervise compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements at access points, where applicable. · *Report Preparation:* · Draft and submit a daily informational report detailing activities performed, incidents, and relevant observations. · Maintain an up-to-date attendance list for personnel assigned to MCUSA, including incidents such as tardiness, absences, or replacements. *· Security Supervision and Patrols:* · Conduct scheduled and random physical patrols at critical facility locations. · Maintain a logbook documenting inspections of sensitive areas including access points, facilities, manufacturing zones, furnace rooms, cutting rooms, warehouses, and perimeters. · Verify conditions of doors, locks, alarms, motor pumps, surveillance cameras, lighting fixtures, and obstructions of emergency equipment. · *Material Inspection:* · Inspect cargo vehicles, materials, and supplies entering or exiting, in accordance with CTPAT program standards. · Verify integrity of security seals and shipping documentation. · Report any anomalies, attempted intrusions, or unauthorized materials. *· Incident Response and Protocols:* · Act in accordance with established emergency protocols (e.g., fire, intrusion, accidents). · Coordinate with internal security teams and emergency response agencies as necessary. **Competencies:** * Minimum education: Completed junior high school (high school preferred). * Minimum one year of experience as a security guard (industrial environments preferred). * Basic knowledge of CTPAT or willingness to undergo training on the standard. * Report writing skills. * Experience managing physical and electronic logbooks. * Availability for rotating shifts and outdoor work. * Responsibility and punctuality. * High level of vigilance and attention to detail. * Respectful interaction with employees and visitors.
