We invite you to join our team as a **Railway Traffic Coordinator**. **Job Requirements:** * Academic background: Industrial Engineer, Computer Systems Engineer, Informatics Engineer, or Transportation Engineer; degree holder. * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in logistics, traffic, and deliveries. * Knowledge of railway shunting operations and railway documentation. * **Interaction with railway personnel (FFCC)** * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Work location: Warehouse located in El Salto, Jalisco. * Availability to work rotating shifts (3 shifts). **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Weighing vehicles. * Ensuring timely vehicle loading. * Ensuring safety in the yard, at the weighbridge, and within the container circuit, supervising that carriers comply with internal safety regulations. * Executing the pre-defined loading plan (collection and delivery), coordinated with all involved departments. * Preparing **railway documentation**. * Railway scheduling. **Competencies:** * Planning and organization. * Teamwork. * Customer orientation. * Service-oriented attitude. * Results-driven. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Growth opportunities.
