Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in project management, communication skills, teamwork, and leadership to oversee goal achievement and adapt to collaborative environments. Experience in software factory development projects and agile frameworks. **Technical Skills:** Monitoring the work plan within the defined scope, timeline, and cost. Identifying and addressing potential issues and challenges that may arise during project execution. Keeping all stakeholders informed about project progress and resolving any misunderstandings that may occur. Overseeing the achievement of project objectives. Preparing, maintaining, and presenting clear and concise activity/progress reports, as well as timely administrative/record-keeping reports. Communication skills, teamwork, collaboration, proactivity, and positive attitude. Ease of adaptation to a collaborative work model with various stakeholders. Ability to participate in multidisciplinary teams through disciplined activity tracking. **Main Responsibilities:** *Hard Skills* Minimum 2 years of experience as a PM in project management. Foundational knowledge to develop a project plan including objectives, establish timelines, organize tasks according to stakeholder needs, and keep the project plan updated. Knowledge of risk, issue, and dependency management. Proficiency in MS Office tools, including filters for report handling and presentation, ensuring data quality and controls. Basic-level Microsoft Project proficiency. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Experience in software factory development projects.
