Completed bachelor's degree 2. Mandatory experience in the tourism sector, private and luxury transportation services. 3. Proven experience in team coordination. 4. Proven experience in personnel management, assertive communication, and effective supervision. 5. Familiarity with working under established procedures. 6. Proficiency in quality and service standards. 7. Knowledge of legislation and regulations applicable to passenger transportation services. 8. Proficiency in Excel 9. Maintain effective communication with the operator team and other company departments. 6. Monitor and evaluate operator performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them. 7. Coordinate transfer logistics, ensuring efficient use of resources and punctual service delivery. 8.
