Job Summary: We are seeking a Pricing-Cost Analyst to develop pricing models, analyze margins, assess the impact of metal price fluctuations, and support quotation processes in the metal-mechanical manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop pricing models based on actual metal manufacturing costs. 2. Analyze cost structures and identify variances. 3. Provide financial analysis to support decision-making. **Join our team in the metal-mechanical manufacturing sector** **We are looking to add a Pricing-Cost Analyst to our team** **What will you do in this role?** **Pricing and Profitability** * Develop, challenge, and maintain pricing models based on actual metal manufacturing costs. * Analyze product margins. * Assess the impact of fluctuations in metal prices (Copper/Aluminum). * Support and challenge quotation processes against plant-level production processes. **Manufacturing Costs** * Analyze cost structures (Raw materials, Labor, and Manufacturing overhead). * Identify variances between standard and actual costs. * Analyze and review engineering data for quotation preparation. **Commercial Support** * Provide financial analysis to support joint decision-making with the commercial team. * Analyze quotation changes due to volume, cost, and exchange rate fluctuations. * Collaborate with Procurement, Commercial, and Engineering teams. **Reporting** * Contribution margin * Price lists * Profitability by customer and product * Price and cost trends **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance / Industrial, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering. * Experience: 3–5 years in industrial pricing and manufacturing costs (metal or automotive sectors). **Technical Skills:** * Effective communication * Profitability and metal manufacturing process analysis * Knowledge of BOM structures and routings * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Quarterly bonus * Meal vouchers * Savings fund * 100% Social Security contributions * Statutory benefits * Subsidized cafeteria * Professional growth opportunities. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (on-site)**. **If you are seeking an opportunity to advance your professional career within a growing company offering an excellent work environment, we look forward to your application!** Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Benefits: * Discounted cafeteria service * Meal vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
