Description

Job Summary: Perform basic electrical, infrastructure, and furniture maintenance and repairs, including painting and welding, as well as equipment inspection and adjustment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Electrical and infrastructure maintenance 2. Painting and welding work (mandatory) 3. Pipe repair and cleaning of electrical panels Basic electrical, wall, floor, and painting maintenance; visual and real estate maintenance; modifications and installations; painting and welding work (mandatory) Perform painting activities at the facility level Repair ventilation pipes, high-pressure water pipes, etc. Floor-level maintenance Inspect and clean electrical panels Mechanically adjust nuts and bolts on enclosures Perform minor repairs, such as fixing broken locks or filling wall holes . -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General Baccalaureate 2 years of experience Age: between 30 and 45 years Knowledge: Installations, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs, maintenance supervision Driver's license: Class A Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, sub-manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain, maintenance, conservation, mantenimiento
