**UNIVERSIDAD DE LA REPUBLICA MEXICANA S.C. is seeking an Academic Coordinator in Iztapalapa, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Join Universidad de la República Mexicana!** **We are seeking an Academic Coordinator** Areas: **Graphic Design, Architecture, and Computer Systems** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (**Professional title and license are mandatory.)** * Master's degree in Education, Design, Architecture, Technology, or related fields is desirable. * Minimum **2–3 years of experience in academic coordination, educational management, and teaching.** * Proficiency in **Office 365**, **Moodle**, **OneDrive**, and other digital educational tools. * Knowledge of **CISCO** is desirable. * Experience in academic monitoring, tutoring, faculty evaluation, and student support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate academic planning for Graphic Design, Architecture, and Computer Systems programs. * Supervise implementation of educational programs and achievement of curricular objectives. * Monitor classes, internships, and campus operations. * Support and supervise faculty members, tutors, and students. * Assist in updating study plans and curricula. * Deliver classes, academic advising, and tutoring. * Design and implement student retention strategies. * Review lesson plans, exams, and assessment processes. * Implement pedagogical strategies based on constructivist, humanistic, and critical models. * Ensure appropriate use of academic spaces and workshops. **Skills** * Leadership and organization * Effective communication * Critical thinking * Planning * Dynamic teaching and learning strategies. **We Offer** * **Salary:** $14,000 MXN gross per month * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (With a 1.5-hour lunch break) * **Statutory benefits** * **Workplace:** Iztapalapa borough, located 5 minutes from Periférico Oriente metro station.
