Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to ensure the proper operation of properties, resolve incidents, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. At Host Me Tender, we are a hospitality company focused on managing apartments for short- and mid-term stays in Mexico City. We operate high-quality, thoughtfully designed spaces, primarily located in neighborhoods such as Roma, Condesa, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a candidate with extensive technical experience to join our maintenance team. This role is critical to ensuring the proper functioning of our properties and delivering efficient solutions to daily operational incidents. We seek a highly solution-oriented profile, with solid knowledge across various technical fields and the ability to independently execute tasks efficiently, quickly, and with attention to detail. **Responsibilities** * Respond to and resolve maintenance incidents in operational apartments. * Diagnose faults and propose effective solutions across various technical areas. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Support installation, inspection, and maintenance of equipment (appliances, electrical systems, plumbing systems, etc.). * Follow up on outstanding technical issues, ensuring appropriate response times. * Support setup and adaptation of new apartments. * Coordinate with internal team for proper task prioritization. **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in general maintenance (residential, hospitality, or similar). * Solid knowledge in: * Electricity * Plumbing * Masonry * Locksmithing * Networks / connectivity (internet) * Appliances * General maintenance * Ability to diagnose problems and resolve them efficiently. * Proactive, organized profile with strong sense of responsibility. * Attention to detail and high quality standards in execution. * **Hospitality, hotel, or short-term rental experience is desirable.** **Conditions** * Work location: Mexico City (Roma, Condesa, Tabacalera, and surrounding areas). * Schedule: Fixed schedule with one weekday day off (subject to adjustment as the team grows). Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
