




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage reports, billing, reconciliations, and documentation for a growing transportation company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Route and billing report management 2. Reconciliation of route reports and expenses 3. Personnel and vehicle document management **Administrative Assistant for Transportation Company** We are a small but rapidly growing transportation company. We operate over 10 small van units and provide cargo route services for our clients in Mexico City, as well as out-of-town trips. What will you do daily? * Route report management * Billing and issuance of waybills * Updating supplier portals * Reconciliation of reports (route rates and additional charges) * Reconciliation of route-related expenses * SAT billing and waybill issuance (ideal) * Payment complement management * Personnel and vehicle document management This role is ideal for you if: * You hold an incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree (completion preferred) * You have experience in billing * You have experience managing administrative processes * You are proactive * You work well with others * You manage your time effectively Currently, this position is hybrid. Work is primarily remote, though occasional in-person attendance may be required, subject to change over time. Working days: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM We offer statutory benefits.
