Organize the kitchenware shelf, including pots, pans, serving spoons, cooking utensils, etc. Rotate inventory and bring items stored in drawers or storage areas to the kitchen. Complete cleaning checklists to determine an appropriate cleaning and disinfection schedule. Collect dirty pans from the kitchen area and transport them to the pot-washing area for cleaning. Maintain cleanliness of hygiene areas and organize cleaning supplies, such as hanging mops and brooms. Clean and maintain loading zones. Clean ceilings, walls, and vents in the dishwashing room. Ensure clean items are stored in their designated locations. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, including dishwashers, manual washing stations, pot-scrubbing stations, and garbage disposals. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model. Comply with all company safety and procedural policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; and complete safety training and obtain certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 25 pounds or less without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Reach above the head and below the knees, including bending, twisting, turning, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: Supervisory experience is not required.
