Ensure water temperature and chemical quantities are appropriate for cleaning and that such parameters are properly documented. Assist with food distribution for banquets. Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed. Provide cooks with required supplies. Transport goods and ensure adequate inventory levels to support banquet and buffet operations. Store clean items in designated locations. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, including dishwashers, manual wash stations, pot-scrubbing stations, and garbage disposals. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching of employees. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management; and complete safety training and obtain required certifications. Ensure uniforms and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets. Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate their service needs and fulfill them promptly. Communicate with others using clear and professional language. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. Reach above the head and below the knees, including bending, twisting, turning, and stooping. Navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE SKILLS Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
