We are looking for a **Recruiter** to join our team and support talent attraction and selection for our various operational and administrative areas. . **Benefits we offer:** * **Weekly salary of $2,500 MXN** * **Performance-based bonus scheme** * Statutory benefits from day one * Company-provided mobile phone and work tools * Free corporate medical service * **Cash loans (available starting from the 6th month)** * In-store purchases with payroll discount * **Incentive plan for goal achievement.** * **Gasoline allowance for field interviews, if required.** **Work Schedule:** * **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * 100% office-based work, with occasional field assignments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Post job openings on job boards and social media. * Source and attract candidates for various positions. * Conduct initial and competency-based interviews. * Administer and interpret psychometric tests. * Follow up with candidates during and after their selection process. * Coordinate interviews with store or department managers. * Compile candidate files and assist in hiring processes. * Report any issues to the recruitment leader and provide daily candidate updates. **In short:** You will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and supporting candidates throughout their process until hiring. **Essential Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related field**. * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection. * **Experience in operational recruitment.** * Proficiency with job boards and recruitment platforms. * **Personal vehicle and ability to commute (mandatory).** * Proficiency with digital systems and MS Office. * Basic knowledge of psychometric testing. **Key Competencies:** * Clear communication and candidate interaction skills. * Process organization and follow-up capability. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving goals. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously. * Attention to detail and sound judgment in evaluating candidate profiles. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience in mass recruitment. * Relationships with job boards or educational institutions.
