Currently seeking talent such as: **COOK INTERN** Requirements: * Minimum education level: Currently enrolled in a Technical Gastronomy program or related field (interested in completing professional internships). * Minimum 1 year of experience in food preparation in cafeterias, small eateries, restaurants, or dining halls. * Essential knowledge of recipes/yields of raw materials (catering). * Experience preparing cold and hot beverages (barista). * Must be a person with impeccable cleanliness and passion for cooking, accustomed to working under high-pressure conditions and managing time effectively. Responsibilities: * Perform full kitchen cleaning at the start of each day. * Daily inspection of raw material inventory. * Track usage of raw materials and waste generation. * Prepare necessary ingredients for operations (e.g., pre-cooked meats, etc.). * Perform cutting tasks for vegetables or other ingredients requiring preparation. * Follow requested dish recipes precisely. * Maintain ingredient containers adequately stocked to avoid production delays. * Prepare cold/hot beverages for customers. * Restock required raw materials. * Conduct general kitchen cleaning together with other staff.
