Position Summary: Human Resources Coordinator responsible for supervising and executing key HR functions, ensuring policy compliance and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR reporting and labor regulatory compliance We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator responsible for supervising and executing key HR functions, ensuring compliance with internal policies, proper personnel administration, and organizational development. Main Responsibilities: - Coordinate recruitment and selection processes (operational and administrative positions). - Supervise proper compilation of personnel files and employment documentation. - Manage employee onboarding, offboarding and internal transfers. - Monitor and track payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities). - Support and validate pre-payroll / payroll processing. - Implement and monitor internal policies and regulations. - Provide employee support and resolve labor conflicts. - Coordinate staff training and onboarding programs. - Generate HR reports and metrics (turnover, absenteeism, vacancy coverage). - Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related field (graduated or internship completed). - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position. - Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), HR processes and personnel administration. - Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. - Experience managing personnel. - Preferred experience in logistics, transportation or service industries.
