This role will be key to ensuring smooth administrative, payroll, and staff management operations for the teams supporting our projects and events. If you have strong attention to detail, enjoy working in a team, and seek professional growth within a dynamic and creative environment, this opportunity is for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Preparation and follow-up of pre\-payroll (incidents, overtime, absences, etc.). * Registration and management of the operational staff team, coordinated with the production team. * Contract and personnel file management. * Support in recruitment and selection processes for administrative and operational roles. * Preparation of departmental reports and metrics (turnover, headcount, etc.). * Collaboration on internal culture, employee well-being, and workplace climate initiatives. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in a similar role. * Solid knowledge of payroll processing and labor legislation. * Intermediate\-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). * Experience working with temporary or field-based teams (production, events, entertainment) is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Organizational skills, effective communication, and attention to detail. **Location and Work Modality** Mexico City – Hybrid format (in-office and remote). **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * A collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Opportunities for continuous development and learning. * Involvement in projects with real and cultural impact. * Access to Cobee Card. * On-site cafeteria.
