**Job Description**
Mission: Responsible for organizing on-site, executing and/or supervising major corrective actions on wind turbines, and securing necessary resources and specialized tools.
Responsibilities (detailed description): Execute and/or supervise major corrective actions, ensuring implementation in accordance with work instructions, while safeguarding personnel, infrastructure, the environment, and maintaining the highest quality standards. Propose improvements to engineering regarding major corrective action work methods. Provide training to major corrective action personnel on work methods. Comply with objectives and policies of management systems. Prepare specific work instructions. Maintain tools used by the major corrective action team. Support other wind farms during critical operations. Responsible for work tools.
**Candidate Requirements**
Education / Qualifications: Higher education degree holder or final-year student with 1–3 years of experience in similar roles.
Additional Training: GWO certification (Manual Handling of Loads, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Working at Heights), Electrical Risk training.
Desirable Years / Areas of Experience Required: 1–3 years of experience in Renewable Energy.
