We seek talent passionate about mixology and exceptional service to join our team during: **MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND** **May 22–25** **** This is an opportunity to collaborate in a high-end culinary environment and create memorable experiences for our owners and guests. **Job Mission** Deliver exceptional and personalized cocktail service, creating memorable experiences for each owner through professionalism, creativity, passion for mixology, and commitment to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and hospitality. **General Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional and personalized cocktail service to owners, guests, suppliers, visitors, and colleagues, * Perform assigned tasks with diligence and dedication, contributing to the mission and aligned with organizational values. * Maintain standards of hygiene, presentation, and quality at all times, complying with internal policies and service protocols. REQUIREMENTS **Education and Requirements** * High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree is a strong plus * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in establishments with high quality standards (hotels, resorts, and/or luxury restaurants) * Experience in breakfast, lunch, dinner, and/or pool area service * Experience preparing diverse alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, regularly applying suggestive selling techniques / upselling * Experience with wine tastings * Comprehensive knowledge of all international wines, their characteristics, and vintage merits * Comprehensive knowledge of after-dinner beverages, i.e., ports, cognac, armagnac, liqueurs * Knowledge of glassware for wine service * Golf experience is a plus * Advanced English language proficiency * Availability for rotating shifts **Twin Dolphin Competencies** * Results Orientation * Quality Orientation * Customer Orientation * Integrity * Teamwork * Work Ethics
