Job Requirements: Education: University degree in Gastronomy, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field. Experience: Prior leadership experience in fast-food restaurants. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Job Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations. Ensure the quality of products and services offered to customers. Manage the workforce, motivate team members, and maintain a positive work environment. Comply with workplace health and hygiene standards. Prepare sales reports, inventory reports, forecasts, and other administrative reports.
