**Electrical and Control Project Engineer.** * Location: Silao * Business: Purina * 5\-8 years of experience in leadership roles for construction and installation projects of electrical and control systems, start\-up commissioning, and commissioning of industrial production lines * Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation and Control, Industrial Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Intermediate English proficiency required **Purpose of the Position** Responsible for electrical and control installations for investment projects; manages external construction teams in technical electrical and control (E\&C) activities. During project participation, works in alignment with corporate guidelines, ensuring all electrical and control activities support business objectives, product quality, and plant operation/performance, while simultaneously guaranteeing that personnel health and safety, product safety, and environmental protection are never compromised. A Day in the Life of… * Lead installation of electrical and control infrastructure Lead the construction process of electrical and control infrastructure for capital investment projects at the Purina Silao factory, ensuring installations comply with corporate and market standards, and guaranteeing project delivery meeting expected quality, schedule, and budget requirements.* Generation of electrical and control requirements for tendering. The electrical and control engineer is responsible for preparing electrical and control requirements to be included in the tender information package and for contracting specialized installation services. These requirements must align with production, quality, safety, etc. standards, and the engineer must track installation progress and validate acceptance testing across all project phases.* Procurement and receipt of major and minor electrical equipment (MCCs, panels, etc.) as well as creation of RFPs for tendering The electrical and control specialist engineer plays a key role in acquiring electrical and control equipment based on engineering specifications. Must possess deep expertise to select the most suitable technology for the project within the given budget, and continuously strive to ensure selected equipment enhances quality, safety, or efficiency, while safeguarding competitive advantage.* Supervise and address technical queries related to electrical and control disciplines arising during project execution. Ensure personnel performing electrical and control infrastructure installation, as well as those operating equipment, are competent. Guarantee existence of installation quality evaluation plans and competency development initiatives.* Verify electrical and control installations conform to Nestlé safety standards Ensure process and equipment safety for personnel, products, and the environment. Demonstrate absolute intolerance toward unsafe situations. **What Will Make You Successful** Experience in: 1\.\-Minimum 5 years’ experience as an electrical and control engineer. 2\.\-Supervision of personnel (technical teams, contractors, or other third parties) 3\.\-Participation in investment project development as part of a multidisciplinary team (preferably involving diverse products and technologies within Electrical and Control domains) 4\.\-Participation in commissioning of technical equipment(s) and/or production line(s) 5\.\-Self\-management aligned with defined KPIs/Goals, including proactive tracking thereof 6\.\-Experience in TPM, design of preventive electrical maintenance, and/or execution of desired but non\-mandatory maintenance.
