




Job Summary: Bambú Tech Services is seeking a Delivery Manager to ensure the successful delivery of software projects, supervising PMs and managing direct client relationships to guarantee on-time, on-scope, and high-quality delivery. We are growing and looking for people who want to build something great with us. **WHAT THIS ROLE IS ABOUT** You are the person who ensures projects are delivered as promised. You supervise PMs, anticipate risks before they escalate, and serve as the client’s direct point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle. You don’t write code, but you understand software development well enough to assess whether deliverables meet the client’s requirements. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** * Supervise and hold PMs accountable for meeting deadlines, scope, and quality on every project. * Identify risks proactively and implement corrective actions before they impact the client. * Validate that deliverables meet acceptance criteria before presenting them to the client. * Serve as the client’s primary point of contact from Kickoff through Go\-Live. * Keep the client informed of project progress clearly and promptly. * Resolve escalations when the PM can no longer contain them—before they reach senior leadership. * Manage scope changes: document them, assess their impact, and formally communicate them. * Report weekly to the COO on project status (traffic-light system), risks, and ongoing actions. **WHAT YOU NEED** * Minimum 3 years as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in software development or digital services companies. * Experience managing direct client relationships and validating technical deliverables. * Knowledge of agile methodologies: SCRUM, Kanban. * Proficiency with Jira, Monday, or Trello. * Advanced English (minimum B2 level). * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. **BONUS POINTS** * PMP, PMI\-ACP, or Scrum Master certification. * Prior experience in QA or functional analysis. * Experience managing multiple PMs simultaneously.
