Join our team! **Position Mission** The mission of this role is to deliver excellent telephone-based customer service enabling purchases with home delivery options, in compliance with service protocols and organizational procedures and policies. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls at all times to provide high-quality customer service. * Accurately and error-free verify and document customer requests in the purchase and order assignment system. * Guide customers regarding product availability, current promotions, services, and/or store locations. * Address and track service complaints, seeking prompt resolution. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements * Completed high school education * 6 months of experience in customer telephone support/sales.
