We are looking for a Barista / Bar Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of hot and cold beverages, restocking and organizing the bar area, cleaning the workspace, and providing operational support during service — ensuring quality, speed, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities: * Preparing beverages according to recipes and standards. * Cleaning and organizing the bar and workstations. * Restocking supplies and supporting production. * Washing and arranging utensils and glassware. * Providing operational support during restaurant operations. * Adhering to hygiene and quality standards. * Collaborating with kitchen and floor staff. Requirements: * Prior experience in cafés, bars, or restaurants is preferred. * Availability to work flexible hours. * Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team. * Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Interest in learning and professional development.
