Confirm guest orders—including special requests—using the hotel’s point\-of\-sale system; verify completed orders against the original guest request. Serve and take orders from guests seated in the bar area, offering engaging and vivid descriptions of preparation methods, flavor profiles, and origins of each item; Maintain practical knowledge of spirits, wines, and specialty beverages. Anticipate guests’ needs, assess satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond promptly and appropriately to guests’ concerns and requests. Support order placement and inventory management for the area.
