Enthusiasm and interest in customer service Peninsula of Yucatán Pediatric Care Center **"CAPPY"** is looking for your talent as: "RECEPTIONIST" **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Customer service, both in-person and via telephone. * Performing secretarial and administrative tasks as required. * Managing medical appointment schedules. * Cleaning and maintaining order. * Cash handling. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: High school diploma. * Age: 20 years or older. * Gender: Unrestricted. * 1 year of experience (preferred). * Knowledge: Customer service, **Teamwork**, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, computer use. * Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability to change. * Enthusiasm and interest in customer service. * Patience in dealing with children and parents. * Excellent service attitude. * Organizational skills. * Punctuality. * Assertive communication. * Professional appearance. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary. * Excellent work environment.
