




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrator with experience in strategic leadership and process optimization to ensure administrative, financial, and operational efficiency, while reinforcing corporate governance and customer satisfaction. Strengthen transparency and corporate good governance We are looking for an Administrator who ensures the organization’s administrative, financial, and operational efficiency by optimizing resources, coordinating general services, and serving as a liaison between senior management and operational departments; ensures compliance with policies, processes, and internal controls; strengthens transparency, accountability, and corporate good governance; possesses extensive experience in strategic leadership and process optimization; and is capable of ensuring the efficiency of our units and the satisfaction of our customers. Requirements: Intermediate to advanced Office skills, 3 years of experience in administration or operations coordination. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Effective communication, leadership, financial control, risk management. Responsibility, confidentiality, analytical thinking. Advanced Excel, cash flow control, electronic invoice validation (XML/CFDI), reconciliations. Proficiency in Drive, email, ERP or administrative systems or CRM, fuel platforms, vouchers, and expense management. Competence in negotiating favorable terms and conditions for both the company and suppliers or customers. Knowledge of desktop support software and technical support tools. Main Responsibilities: Prepare and submit detailed reports on administrative and operational expenses. Manage and coordinate the control of the corporate vehicle fleet and vehicles assigned to coordinators according to policy: - Maintenance, insurance, inspections, insurance policies, employee liability acknowledgments, etc. Review and approve vehicle maintenance support for corporate vehicles and those assigned to operational and quality coordinators. Implement action plans established during audits and regulatory compliance validations. Coordinate the delivery, custody, and liability acknowledgments of assets (equipment, mobile phones, vehicles).
