




Job Summary: A human resources professional responsible for training administration and logistics, employee onboarding, and competency tracking, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administration and logistics of training programs 2. Onboarding of newly hired personnel 3. Competency tracking and management for staff Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency * Minimum 6 months of experience in human resources KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Integration and administration of training files. * Compliance with applicable policies and procedures. * Responsibility for logistics of training courses. * Onboarding of newly hired personnel. * Delivery of training courses. * Tracking of Competency Matrices per individual, per position, and DNC. * Administration of the training program through development of the monthly training plan. * Recording of evaluations conducted during training and corresponding follow-ups. * Administration of training according to administrative criteria, requirements, and formats for processing procedures and requesting services related to staff training, development, and productivity, as stipulated by STPS. * Documentation management related to training. * Support in the monthly preparation of industrial relations process indicators. * Monthly preparation of training strategy agreements. * Support in staff competency administration.
