Support for sales center activities and corporate events. **Step One Headhunting is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Coyoacán, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------- We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor: **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma or incomplete/complete bachelor's degree, relevant to the position. * Experience: 1–2 years in inventory management, cycle counts, material intake and dispatch, and warehouse KPIs. **Responsibilities:** * Receive, identify, organize, and store incoming sales products and materials periodically delivered to the warehouse by accurately completing the corresponding administrative control forms. * Timely and accurate replenishment of the warehouse product assortment for delivery to DS. * Fulfill printed orders promptly and accurately. * Deliver orders to DS on time and as scheduled. * Provide support, as required, for other sales center activities and corporate events. * Organize and count incoming warehouse products, verifying their good condition. * Close tickets for inventory deduction. * Perform necessary tasks for physical inventory taking. * Conduct daily system-based and high-turnover cycle counts. * Ensure KPI compliance. * Maintain 5S standards in the warehouse. * Report any operational misconduct or discrepancies promptly and accurately. * Coordinate and ensure product shipments within established timelines (reverse logistics and/or home delivery). * Apply the FIFO system in the warehouse. * Comply with established safety standards and use PPE. * Support the supervisor in sales center control activities; assume responsibilities in the supervisor’s absence, and assist other departments—i.e., perform multitasking. **Offered:** * Gross salary: $9,451.20 * Food vouchers: $2,018 per month * IMSS coverage from Day 1 * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 09:00–14:00 hrs. **Work location:** DIVISIÓN DEL NORTE, Col.
