Responsibilities -Personnel Management: Coordinate teams, conduct training, provide feedback, verify attendance, and submit reports. -Retail Outlet Operations: Ensure proper customer service display, cleanliness, and goal achievement; approach customers for effective processing and activation. -Customer Service: Resolve conflicts and improve on-site shopping experience.
