Requirements: Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Capital, Human Resources, and/or Psychology. Willingness to learn. Knowledge in the field. Responsibilities: Support with personnel recruitment (1–2 basic vacancies). Preparation of employment references. Administration of psychometric tests. Introduction to high-level competency-based interviews. We Offer: Bi-weekly stipend of $4,000 MXN (net). Professional internship agreement. Opportunity to create and implement internship projects.
