




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring quality in processes, products, and supplies; managing audits; and complying with sanitary regulations across the supply chain for health-related products. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and conducts audits, ensuring regulatory compliance. 2. Supervises and guarantees traceability and safety of health-related supplies. 3. Implements continuous improvements in the Quality Management System. Responsibilities 1. Approve technical documentation of the facility related to process and product quality. 2. Ensure supplies meet required technical specifications. 3. Supervise that suppliers maintain complete documentary files, validating possession of required permits. 4. Approve or reject incoming supplies based on quality criteria. 5. Manage and conduct audits. 6. Guarantee compliance with safety regulations and cleanliness standards across all operational areas. 7. Supervise material adaptation processes to ensure compliance with specific customer requirements or applicable regulations. 8. Approve or reject packaging materials. 9. Implement continuous improvement initiatives across all processes related to the Quality Management System. 10. Ensure compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices. 11. Ensure only medicines and other health-related supplies with valid expiration dates are marketed. 12. Review and update legal sanitary documents according to business activities, in accordance with provisions published by the Sanitary Authority. 13. Authorize and supervise implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, as well as supervise their application and periodic updates per legal, institutional, professional guidelines, and job descriptions. 14. Supervise periodic training of personnel handling health-related supplies in their respective duties. 15. Supervise that the warehouse maintains facilities and equipment suitable for storage, preservation, and distribution of health-related supplies. 16. Supervise maintenance, order, and cleanliness activities. 17. Supervise that no unauthorized activities occur within the warehouse. 18. Handle verification visits conducted by Sanitary Authorities, and designate and train assistants to the Sanitary Responsible Officer. 19. Supervise and guarantee traceability of health-related supplies. 20.
